Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website.
1. Information We Collect
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
Information we collect may include:
- Your name and contact information (email address).
- Data you provide when you use the service, such as your miniature collection details and images.
- Usage data, such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our service.
- Improve, personalize, and expand our service.
- Understand and analyze how you use our service.
- Develop new products, services, features, and functionality.
- Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the website, and for marketing and promotional purposes.
3. Data Retention
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
4. Email Communications
At registration we ask for your explicit consent to send you operational emails about the service. This consent is recorded on your user document together with the date it was given or last changed (an audit timestamp), so we can demonstrate when and what you consented to.
Under this consent we may send you:
- Account-related messages (e.g., email verification, password reset).
- Security alerts (e.g., new sign-in from an unfamiliar device).
- Important service updates (e.g., breaking changes, scheduled maintenance, end-of-life notices).
We will never send you advertising or marketing emails under this consent, and we will never share your email address with third parties.
You can withdraw consent at any time from your profile page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as granting it: a single toggle that updates the same record. The audit timestamp on your user document moves forward when you change the value, so the system always reflects the date of your current choice.
For every change to your consent we also append an entry to an immutable audit log recording the value, timestamp, source of the change (email confirmation, profile toggle, etc.), and the request's IP address and user-agent. The log is owner-readable, write-only from our server side, and cannot be modified or deleted by anyone — including site administrators. This is the legal proof of consent required by GDPR Article 7 and is retained for as long as your account exists.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.
Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.
6. Your Rights
You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting us directly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
